About xfetchy
xfetchyis a free tool for saving videos, GIFs, and images from Twitter/X. Paste a link, pick a format, and download — no account, no app, no watermark. That's the whole product, and we've worked hard to keep it that simple.
Why we built it
If you've ever searched for a “Twitter video downloader,” you know the drill: pages buried under pop-ups, fake download buttons, surprise redirects, and the occasional dose of malware. Most of them re-encode your video (losing quality) or quietly stamp a watermark on it. We got tired of it, so we built the tool we actually wanted — quick, clean, and honest about how it works.
How it works
When you paste a post, xfetchy finds the direct media file that X already hosts on its own servers and hands you the link. We don't store your videos, and we don't re-encode them — which is why downloads are fast and the file you get is the untouched original.
